About coaching
It helps parents with challenges like excessive screen time, online gaming, resistance to digital boundaries, emotional outbursts and communication gaps. Together, we develop practical strategies, healthier routines and a stronger connection with your child.
I mainly support parents of children aged 5–16. Strategies are tailored to your child's age, needs, behaviour and family circumstances.
Yes, this is one of the main challenges I work on. We look at screen-use patterns, set clear and realistic boundaries, create predictable routines, and plan calm responses for when your child resists.
No. My approach is about healthier digital habits and a balance between technology, studies, sleep, play and family time.
That's frustrating, and very common. Coaching helps us understand your family's specific patterns and build a more personalised approach. No strategy works for every family, so we review progress and adjust together.
No. Coaching focuses on practical strategies, routines, communication and relationships. It doesn't replace clinical assessment, therapy or medical care. If behaviour is severe, persistent or raises safety concerns, I'll encourage support from a qualified professional too.
Sessions and booking
Your first session is a 60-minute Parenting Peace Session. We talk about your challenges, your child's screen habits, routines and family dynamics, and choose practical first steps that fit your family.
It depends on your situation. After our first session, I'll suggest a coaching structure that suits your family. I don't promise a fixed timeline or guaranteed results.
Fees depend on the service and the support you need. Send me an enquiry and I'll share current fees and options with you.
Coaching is online, so parents can join from anywhere in India. Workshops can also be arranged in person in Ahmedabad.
English, Hindi and Gujarati, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
No, either parent can join on their own. When both parents are involved day to day, working together often helps keep expectations and boundaries consistent.
Fill in the enquiry form on the Contact page. You'll then receive a short questionnaire, and I'll message you on WhatsApp to arrange your parenting assessment call.
Your experience and policies
Never. Parenting is emotionally demanding, especially while balancing work, home and school pressures. My approach is supportive and non-judgemental: we focus on understanding patterns and finding a way forward.
We work towards healthier digital habits, more consistent boundaries, calmer communication and a stronger relationship with your child. Progress varies by family, and specific outcomes can't be guaranteed.
Yes. Life with children can be unpredictable. Just let me know in advance and we'll find another time.
I understand that things happen, so I'm flexible the first time. Please let me know in advance where you can; repeated missed sessions without notice may count as used.
Stronger Connections. Healthier Digital Habits. Happier Homes.
