My story
How motherhood changed everything
After completing my Computer Engineering degree in 2014, I worked in IT. When my child was born, I found myself struggling to balance my career, the household and motherhood. I often felt exhausted, overwhelmed and guilty, and sometimes I reacted with anger instead of responding calmly to my child.
That became my turning point. I realised that being a good mother doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly. It means understanding yourself, understanding your child, and learning how to respond consciously. I began training in parenting and life coaching, and gradually changed the way I approached motherhood. I also realised I didn’t have to give up my career to become a better mother.
“Being a good mother doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly. It means understanding yourself, understanding your child, and learning to respond consciously.”
That personal change inspired me to start WingsAriaa. Today I help parents across India with the challenges of modern parenting: screen time, digital boundaries, communication gaps and daily conflicts, so they can build stronger relationships with their children and a more peaceful home.
Why WingsAriaa
Helping parents and children spread their wings
Wings stands for the freedom to grow, explore and become confident. Ariaa adds grace, individuality and harmony. Every mother deserves the freedom to grow as an individual while nurturing her family, and every child deserves the chance to develop confidence, emotional strength and independence.
In the logo, the hands stand for safety, care and support: a space where children feel secure and free to grow. The parent and child stand for the emotional bond that builds a child’s confidence.
Pronounced Wings-Ah-ree-aa.
My approach
Connection and clear boundaries, together
Children need both emotional connection and clear, consistent boundaries. Instead of fear, punishment or constant control, I help parents understand their child’s behaviour, regulate their own emotions and guide children towards responsibility.
Conscious parenting
Noticing your own triggers so you can respond instead of react.
Positive discipline
Clear expectations and consistent guidance, without fear or threats.
Gentle parenting
Respectful communication that keeps trust intact, even on hard days.
Emotional intelligence
Helping children understand and manage big feelings, including around screens.
What I stand for
Five values I never compromise on
01
Empathy without judgement
Every parent deserves to feel heard, without guilt, shame or criticism.
02
Connection before correction
Trust and understanding come first; lasting change follows.
03
Respect and emotional safety
Children feel valued and secure, even when boundaries are firm.
04
Consistency with compassion
Firm and kind, rather than fear, threats or shouting.
05
Honest, practical growth
Realistic, personalised steps, never promises of instant results.
Background
Not anti-tech, just pro-balance
Parents are often surprised to learn I come from an IT background. I know technology is an important part of our children’s lives, so my approach is never about banning screens. It’s about a healthy balance between technology, emotional well-being, family connection and responsibility.
